It is better to seek advice from friends and doctors before undergoing any cosmetic surgeries. It is so pathetic to see Jocelyn Wildenstein’s surgery result. I cried seeing her before and after pic on internet. I mean before and after surgery pics.

you have a point however bad plastic surgery is a combination of factors including unrealistic expectations combined with surgical expertise. A good surgeons knows how to operate, a great surgeon knows when to operate but the best knows when NOT to operate!

Its certainly a good idea to check out your surgeon before you book anything. I’ve been looking for a neutral review site for plastic surgeons and their work. http://www.goodsurgeonguide.co.uk is a really good site, I would check it out if your thinking of going under the knife. I was really impressed!
