there are many treatments out for hyperhidrosis so you don’t have to suffer. many people have this and a good start is to first see you gp/family practitioner. If no help there seek help from a cosmetic dermatologist / physician . start with the simplier options and progress from there as necessary
Hyperhidrosis is not curable but can be reduced significantly with appropriate treatment. It is difficult to say what may be causing it or give any further advice as you have provided very little information.
