Where is the
HouseCall service available?
The House Call service is currently available in London and surrounding
areas. However, any
area outside Greater London can usually be covered: if at least 4 people
book an appointment together; or the total treatment cost is at least
£1000. For further discounts, call to find out if one of our doctors is
available in your area.
Will the doctor be discrete?
Your cometic doctor will appear to be just another visitor to your home.
There is absolutely no branding or signage to indicate that your doctor is
from CosMedocs; non-medical clothing is worn and all our medical products
are carried in a standard briefcase.
When is the House Call service available?
Our doctors can be available most weekdays, evenings and weekends for your
convenience.
Are you available on short notice?
The House Call service is very popular but we may have late cancellations.

Will my safety be compromised in any way?
Treatment will only be undertaken if the environment for treatment is 'fit
for purpose', safe and appropriate for the particular treatment being given.
If we determine the environment is not safe and appropriate then we will not
proceed with treatment and your House Call charge will be refunded.
What if I have to cancel/Reschedule?
If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance your deposit will be fully
refunded. Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable. Rescheduling is free up
to 48 hours prior to treatment. Any rescheduling done within 48 hours of
treatment will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will not be
refunded.
How much is the House Call service?
The charge for a House Call from a doctor varies depending on the area
served and starts from £80 in addition to the treatment price. For details
see the Price list section. If you and your partner/friends would like
treatment, only one House Call charge will apply. The final Payment can be
by cash or cheque.
What If I need a
top up?
You
are more than welcome to drop by anytime in our clinic on Harley Street with
only a 24-48 hour advance notice.
